Update from our Children's Minister
Parents, be encouraged! While you or your kids may be tempted to let fear overcome, do not lose hope! Please, use this time to speak with your children calmly and honestly. Let the open conversation continue to any subject that they may have questions. Should your children need to spend more time at home for whatever reason, please talk with them about their internet usage, and put safe guards into place for their protection. Start a Bible plan with your kids and do daily devotionals at breakfast or dinner. And, should you find yourself in a position where homeschooling becomes necessary, please know that you are able. You are the most qualified and the most important teacher that your child can have. I’m happy to send you resource help, curriculum help, daily schedules, and anything else that you may need. It takes a village, that’s for sure, but you can choose your village.
~God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
2 Timothy 1:7
